Sustainable materials

PLA is a plant-based bioplastic made from renewable resources. It's lightweight, has a pleasing feel in the hands, and is recyclable where facilities exist. We print with low-waste settings and trim, sand, and smooth the bore and tone holes for clean response.

Playability and tuning

Tuned for a clear fundamental and sweet upper notes, with even breath resistance for beginners and experienced players alike. The drone makes it forgiving — every note sits inside a sustained chord.

What you'll receive

  • One A 432 Hz drone flute, 3D-printed, finished, and in tune

Care

Avoid prolonged heat or direct sun (cars, heaters). After playing, tap out moisture and let the flute air-dry. Wipe the exterior with a soft cloth; do not soak.

A note on authenticity

This is a Native American–style flute inspired by traditional designs and is not made by a Native American artisan.

A very playable drone flute

The response is consistent from the lowest note upward. I appreciate being able to play a full, spacious sound without complicated fingering.

Lovely for sound sessions

I have used it in several small meditation sessions and people always comment on the layered tone. It is easy to carry and quick to warm up.

Lightweight with a big sound

It feels lighter than I expected, but the sound is broad and present. A little practice with breath control made a big difference.

Clear melody over a steady drone

Both chambers speak cleanly and the melody stays distinct above the drone. It has become a favorite for slow improvisation.

Easy to settle into

The A tuning feels peaceful and the drone makes even a simple melody sound complete. The finger spacing is comfortable for me.
