Shipping Policy

Every flute is 3D-printed to the same precise, tuned design, then carefully packed for the journey to you. Here's what to expect once you place an order.

Processing time

Most orders ship within 7 days. If a flute is made to order, or we're catching up after a busy stretch, we'll email you with an updated timeline so you're never left wondering.

Carrier & tracking

We ship via USPS with tracking on every order. As soon as your label is printed, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your flute to your door.

Shipping cost

Your shipping cost is calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you pay — no surprises after the fact.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and have your heart set on one of our flutes, get in touch and we'll do our best to work something out.

Lost or damaged packages

Packages almost always arrive safe and sound, but if yours is damaged in transit or doesn't turn up, email us right away. We'll track it down or make it right.
