Change one dimension

Hold a warm flute at normal breath until the stability bar fills. The tuner uses the stable median, not a single wavering frame.

What the math does

Pitch is tracked with a normalized square-difference method, parabolic peak interpolation, clarity scoring, and a temporal median. Chamber correction uses the effective half-wavelength at your workshop environment. Hole correction inverts the builder’s cylindrical tone-hole model while preserving either center or diameter.

What still moves pitch

Breath pressure, block seal, bore temperature, leakage, printer scale, circular-hole error, surface roughness, and voicing all matter. Use repeatable breath and several readings; treat the result as a next-print estimate, not a one-print guarantee.
