Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your flute. If it isn't the right fit, here's how returns and exchanges work — simply and without fuss.
30-day returns
You can return a flute within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, as long as the flute comes back in new, original condition — clean, undamaged, and complete with any included accessories and packaging.
Exchanges
Decided a different key or model suits you better? We're glad to help you swap. Reach out and we'll sort out the details, including any difference in price.
How to start a return
Email us through the contact page with your order number and what you'd like to do, and we'll send back simple instructions for returning your flute by mail.
Return shipping & restocking
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and a 15% restocking fee applies to returned items. Both are waived if your flute arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item — in that case, the return is entirely on us.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll refund your original payment method — less the 15% restocking fee and any original shipping — within 7 days. We'll email you when your refund is on its way.
Damaged or defective flutes
If your flute arrives damaged or something isn't right, tell us right away and photos help. We'll replace it or refund you in full — your choice, with no restocking fee or return-shipping cost to you.
Custom & made-to-order flutes
Custom and personalized flutes are made just for you, so they're generally non-returnable. That said, if something's wrong with one, we'll always work with you to put it right.
